SPECIAL DESIGNS

Besides our standard range, we also design and produce butterfly valves for extreme operating conditions. These include pressure surge resistant butterflies and also butterflies which can be deployed at temperatures of up to 1200 degrees. There are various executions of high temperature butterfly valves. The housing can be both lined and insulated with ceramic wool. The metallic butterfly leaf can be air cooled as required but ceramic butterfly leafs also find applications within our product range.

Different designs and geometries are possible. Whether as cross or tee with coupled butterfly leafs or individually driven, we adapt to the installed situation and work closely with the customers during the design phase to find the optimum solution for the respective application. We also produce components based on our customers' drawings. This includes control cones and hoppers amongst other things.
